This program is bringing to light some areas of personal improvement that I hope to work on over the next several months.
My strong convictions are something that I need to work on. I get a strong opinion on a matter and I have a vehemently defend my position. I need to be more open to criticism and listening to opposing opinions. Remind myself not to just dismiss some one's point of view without hearing the evidence.

I’ve also came to realization that in the months to come I will have to learn quite a few things apart from the academic part. One comes with an assumption that he knows it all, but… time proves that he does not. I guess, this is the beauty of going back to school – you get away from routine and same setting, which surrounds you every day, and you get exposed to new things, ways of thinking, new ideas and people, etc. I am loving it!
